Description: The NMDOT with El Terrero Construction has traffic reduced to one lane within the work zone for east and westbound traffic. The Mesquite on and off ramps are CLOSED. The Vado and eastbound ramps at Mesquite are OPEN traffic control is posted alerting motorists of split along the interstate. Motorists will be alerted of reduction in speed throughout the work zone as heavy equipment and workers are present. Shoulder work will continue at Vado with interruption to traffic. Description: NMDOT wiht Sandoval construction have placed traffic control along N. Main with lane restrictions and reduction in speed throughout the work zone. Traffic has been switched to the eastbound lanes between N. Main and Gallagher Drive, and then split again from Gallagher to Madrid. Businesses are open, please contact them for hours of operation. Motorists are encouraged to proceed with caution and expect delay as traffic width restriction is 10 feet within this work zone. Please seek an alternate route due to work zone.

Interstate 25 southbound at mile marker 79 (T OR C NORTH), -Select Lane- lane closed.
Description: The NMDOT with Villalobos Construction continue with bridge rehabilitation over I 25. Traffic will encounter lane, speed and width restrictions within the wor kzone. Motorists will be advised to access exit 83 Elephant Butte, or exit 75 South entrance to T or C. The northbound off ramp will be open. However the southbound off rmap will be CLOSED throughout the durationof the project. The scope of work will consist of replacing concrete deck, approach, metal barrier, and repair existing abutments, pier and wing walls. US 550 eastbound at mile marker 2
Description: Friday 11/21 at 9pm until Monday 11/24 at 5 am (Qualcon) U_S 5_50 eastbound over the river (Bernalillo) will be reduced to a single lane for bridge maintenance. Expect delays!! Upon completion of the physical work a curing time (approx. 24 hours) is required. During this time the lane closure will remain in place with no visible activity. Environmental restrictions required this project to occur during the late fall and made night work to lessen traffic impacts not possible.

Description: The project consists of Roadway Rehabilitation, Processing, Placing and Compacting Existing Pavement, Shoulder Work and Permanent Signing. Construction will begin July 24, 2014. The project is for 320 Calendar Days ending in June 2015. There will be one lane closure throughout the project with pilot car operation thru the work zones. There is an 11' width restriction. New Mexico 41 from mile marker 55 to mile marker 56 Galisteo
Description: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) construction work on NM 41 near the Village of Galisteo between mile post 55.53 and mile post 56.1 on April 21, 2014. This work will include the replacement of two bridges and roadway improvements between the two bridges. The bridge work will be located at the San Cristobal Arroyo Bridge south of the Village of Galisteo and the Galisteo Creek Bridge on the southern edge of the Village of Galisteo. Traffic Impacts: Starting Friday, November 21, at 7:00 p.m., NM 41 roadway will be CLOSED at Galisteo. The road closure will remain in effect throughout the weekend. NM 41 roadway will be RE-OPENED on Monday, November 24 at 5:00 a.m. The closure is necessary to complete the bridge deck pours on two bridges Motorists traveling south on NM 41 can use US 285 south to Clines Corners to I-40. Motorists traveling north on NM 41 can use I-40 east to Clines Corners to US 285 north. The detours are equivalent to approximately 21 miles. Description: Pavement rehabilitation work is being performed on US 285 from MP 27.8 to MP 31.3. Work will consist of cold milling the existing pavement and placing new pavement on the roadway. There will be a temporary lane closure with a 35 MPH speed limit in the vicinity of the construction. Interstate 25 northbound and southbound from 1.2 miles West of CANONCITO exit at mile marker 293 to 0.1 miles West of CANONCITO exit at mile marker 294
Description: Santa Fe – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) began bridge replacement work on I-25 north of Santa Fe at Canoncito between mile markers 293 and 294 on April 7, 2014. The scope of the project includes bridge rehabilitation, roadway and ramp reconstruction, and pavement rehabilitation for 1.42 miles within Santa Fe County. Tom Griego is the NMDOT Project Engineer. AUI is the contractor for this project. Traffic Impacts: Starting May 21, the cross road under I-25 (Sleeping Dog Road) will be CLOSED. Local traffic and residents on the south side of I-25 will be detoured to the Valencia Exit 297 to access I-25 South. Local traffic and residents on the north side of I-25 (Old Las Vegas Highway) will be detoured to the Lamy Exit 290 to access I-25 northbound and southbound. The Sleeping Dog Road closure will be in effect until November 2014. -I-25 southbound traffic will be switched over to the northbound lanes. The northbound and southbound lanes will be reduced to one lane through the work zone. The lane closures will be in effect through June, 2014. -Motorists can expect minor delays. The posted speed limit is 55 mph through the work zone. There is a 12 foot width restriction in effect. NMDOT urges motorists to proceed through the work zone with caution, watch for construction personnel, observe traffic control signing and reduced speed to the posted speed limit.

Interstate 25 northbound and southbound from mile marker 79 (T OR C NORTH) to mile marker 93
Description: The NMDOT and Mountain States Constructors have shifted traffic the north and southbound lanes where motorists will travel on the newly constructed bridge for north and southbound movement. Traffic will continue be restrict to 12.5 foot width restrictions between mile markers 88 to 92 as concrete wall barriers are placed. The contractor is currently removed the existing bridge which requires the northbound OFF ramp to be CLOSED at exit 92 due to reconstruction of the northbound lanes, please follow traffic control signage within the work zone. Project is scheduled to be complete by June 2015. Reduce speed and proceed with extreme caution as you travel through this area.

New Mexico 528 northbound and southbound from mile marker 7 to mile marker 9
Description: Project A300380 / N_M 528 Southern to Sundt/ Roadway Rehabilitation (Patsy Najar/ Project Manager/Albuquerque Underground Inc.) Tuesday 11/18 through Friday 11/21 from 8 pm to 5 am each weekday - N_M 5_28 (DeArco Highway) will have an asphalt grinding operation with traffic down to one lane only in the direction of the work. Monday 11/17 - N_M 5_28 (DeArco Highway) will have a striping operation and traffic will be placed onto final alignment upon completion of striping. Spring of 2015 - N_M 5_28 (DeArco Highway) Final paving will occur as soon as temperatures allow. This will be followed by the final hot thermo striping.

US 54 northbound and southbound from mile marker 94 to mile marker 107
Description: New roadway construction is underway. The Contractor will be working Monday though Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Motorists should watch for equipment and personnel in the workzone and adhere to all construction signage. Speed limits have been reduced to 45 MPH between MP 94 to MP 103. New Mexico 460 from mile marker 1 to mile marker 3
Description: NMDOT and Smith and Aguirre are working on installing a storm culvert drain pipe under NM 460 from Miller Street to Landers Drive. The contractor will construct a pond beside the Community Development Center, along with mill and inlay from New Mexico/Texas state line to O'Harra Road/NM 460. The project will also have new ADA compliant features such as sidewalks with landing and turnouts along NM 460.

US 62 northbound and southbound at mile marker 35
Description: The NMDOT is doing bridge deck rehabilitation work on the Dark Canyon Bridge on US 62/180 at MP 35 in Carlsbad. Work will consist of milling and grinding the existing bridge deck and placement of a new concrete overlay on the decks. There will temporary lane closures and a 25 MPH speed llimit on the bridge during construction. There be one lane open to traffic in each direction with an 11-foot width restriction. US 285 from mile marker 248 Fying C Ranch to mile marker 250
Description: The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) continues work on the U.S. 285/ I-40 interchange at Clines Corners. This improvement work includes the lengthening and realignment of the westbound exit ramp, the realignment of the westbound entrance ramp, and the lengthening of the eastbound on and off ramps on I-40. The U.S. 285 bridge over I-40 will be widened 24 feet to accommodate two lanes of traffic each way. The work on U.S. 285 from mile marker 248.84 to mile marker 250.46 includes the reconstruction and widening of the existing lanes to accommodate two lanes of traffic each way. Other work on the project includes new drainage structures, new curb and gutter, new signing and the installation of an intelligent transportation system. Traffic Impacts: Starting Tuesday 11/11/14 through Thursday 11/13/14 the Eastbound I-40 lanes will be CLOSED from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The I-40 Eastbound lanes are also scheduled to be CLOSED on Monday 11/17/14 through Tuesday 11/18/14 from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. I-40 traffic will be detoured through the ramps at the Clines Corners Interchange. -Starting on Wednesday 11/19/14 through Thursday 11/20/14, the Westbound I-40 lanes will be CLOSED from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The I-40 Westbound lanes are also scheduled to be CLOSED on Monday 11/24/14) through Wednesday 11/26/14 from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. I-40 traffic will be detoured through the ramps at the Clines Corners Interchange. The night closures are necessary to demolish the overhang on the existing bridge for the plan widening. The contractor will continue work on the project until such time that we get restricted by weather. The subcontractor working on the bridge rehabilitation and widening, will continue their work through the winter. Drivers are urged to proceed with caution through the work zone, observe traffic control signs and reduce speed to the posted limit.
