US 70 eastbound and westbound from mile marker 149 to 35.3 miles North of Las Cruces at mile marker 148
Description: NMDOT wiht Sandoval construction have placed traffic control along N. Main with lane restrictions and reduction in speed throughout the work zone. Businesses are open, please contact them for hours of operation. Motorists are encouraged to proceed with caution and expect delay as traffic width restriction is 10 feet within this work zone. Please seek an alternate route due to work zone.

Interstate 10 eastbound and westbound from 0.5 miles North of MESQUITE exit at mile marker 151 to VADO exit at mile marker 155
Description: The NMDOT with El Terrero Construction has traffic reduced to one lane within the work zone for east and westbound traffic. ALL ramps are open traffic control alerting motorists of split along the interstate. Motorists will be alerted of reduction in speed throughout the work zone as heavy equipment and workers are present. Shoulder work will continue at Vado with interruption to traffic. Proceed with caution. Public Meeting Scheduled for Wednesday September 3rd at Del Cero Community Center in Mesquite NM from 6 to 7:30 pm.

US 82 eastbound and westbound from mile marker 0 to mile marker 16
Description: Project went in to full suspension starting June 9,2014 until further notice. New signage project. The Contractor will be working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Motorists should watch for equipment and personnel in the workzone and adhere to all construction signage. Traffic may be reduced to one lane with pilot car at random times throughout the work day. Expect delays up to 15 minutes. Run away truck ramp at MM 5 will be closed for repairs for the next 3 weeks. Description: Highway Supply will be replacing existing signs with new ones. This work will be taking place on the shoulders on US 70 from MM 178 to MM 328. Contractor will be work M-F 7am-5pm This work should not impact the traveling public .Motorists should watch for equipment and personnel in the workzone and adhere to all construction signage. Interstate 25 northbound and southbound from 2.6 miles North of exit at mile marker 126 to 0.8 miles South of exit at mile marker 124
Description: The NMDOT with Villalobos Construction continue with bridge rehabilitation over I 25. Traffic will encounter lane, speed and width restrictions within the workzone. Northbound traffic will be detoured during working hours over the ramp and will revert back to the interstate during evening hours. The modified traffic control will start on Saturday August 23rd, and will be lifted by Sunday August 24th.

US 70 southbound from 5.7 miles West of Mescalero at mile marker 240 to 9.2 miles West of Mescalero at mile marker 237
Description: NMDOT crews will be chip sealing on US 70 southbound from mile marker 240.9 to mile marker 237.4 on Monday, August 25, 2014 through Thursday, August 28, 2014, weather permitting. Motorists can expect one lane closures with flaggers and pilot cars and short delays and are advised to watch for personnel and equipment in the area and obey all construction signage. Description: The NMDOT with Fisher Construction will continue with their mill and inlay paving operations where traffic will encounter lane and speed restrictions. The contractor should be complete with this process by Monday August 25th.
