State-Wide Road Closure Events

New Mexico 409 from mile marker 0 to mile marker 10
Description: NM 409 will be closed completely until May 26, 2015. NMDOT will be conducting pavement rehabilitation during this time. ACCESS TO BOTTOMLESS STATE PARK WILL BE THROUGH DEXTER ONLY. Message boards will be used to notify motorists of this detour. NMDOT contact is Richard Marquez (575) 840-9796.

New Mexico 108 from mile marker 14 to mile marker 15
Description: Road closure on NM108 MM14 to MM15 due to flooding. This closure will last through the holiday weekend. Motorist are advised to seek alternate route.

New Mexico 174 from mile marker 2 to mile marker 4
Description: Roadway is impassible on NM 174 within the Glenwood area due to large debris that has covered various areas along the route from past rain and snow fall. The NMDOT is currently working on removing the run off, and will make any necessary roadway repairs once the area is clear. Updates will be posted as conditions change.

New Mexico 219 from mile marker 1 to mile marker 15
Description: The road is closed due to a sink hole. Traffic will be detoured at I-40 mile maker 267/Jct 84 to Santa Rosa onto US 54. This will be in effect until May 26. This event will be updated as condition changes.
